Are you a Twickenham & surrounds resident who wants on-line wine tasting ? Or would you like to join an on-line session where you buy one or more of the wines that we will be tasting, meaning you can join from anywhere?

I have had requests to restart the on-line live sessions like I ran during Covid. These are very handy for anyone who cannot make it to the CHAT Teddington sessions for any reason. 

If you are interested in joining in with these online events here is briefly how they work or click the button below for much more information. 

Samples or no?

The on-line events will be run with 4 wines initially. There might be an option for adding extra wines. Those wines will be provided in small boxes of samples between 50 – 100 ml depending on the wine type. eg. fortified wines and sweet wines will be in smaller bottles. 

Samples will be available to collect from a Twickenham address, or for a small additional charge, I will deliver to a very restricted local area (details in the link below). The bottles can be returned for a discount for the next event, or you can dispose of them.

Unfortunately, due to decanting wines into smaller bottles, no sparkling wines will be included.

If you want to simply join in the session, there will be a ‘anywhere’ ticket option that means that you can join the event from anywhere.

The information & MS Teams

The session will run in the usual Winemusing Session format of presentation (50-75 minutes) with tasting throughout, but will be run via MS Teams. Microsoft Teams can be run in a normal browser and is free to use. I provide the link and you then join in the session.

These are informative and aimed at a wide range of winelovers. Either at the beginning of their wine journey through to those with more advanced knowledge.

There is also usually an option for people to stay and chat about the wines after the formalities. Including asking questions or to catch up with others for a short time afterwards. It is purely the choice of those who join.

Obviously, these sessions will be priced differently to live in-person sessions which involves food service.

• is a laptop or desktop with a camera and a microphone if you want to talk and ask questions.
• Microsoft Teams account (this can be the free version using your normal browser).
• a good wifi connection.
• a love of discovering new wines and learning about wines.
