After the Tasting

Does your Session include returning the bottles to us?

If you are joining a monthly group (even a private monthly group tasting), you will have seen on your ticket or on an email that the bottles, lids and boxes (even cardboard boxes) are to be recycled back to Lisa to save on waste for the environment.

If you ticket or email does not have a reminder about this, you don’t wish to return the bottles, or you are taking part in a one-off private tasting, please dispose of the bottles with your usual recycling.

How to prepare your wine bottles for return to us?

Please note: The wine in your bottle may last overnight if you wish to finish your bottle the next day. It may have deteriorated if not finished after 36 hours after being opened.

Please wipe the outside with a tissue and reseal with a lid before putting the wine bottle back in the box or bag for return. That is all that is needed, no need to rinse them at all. It is more important that the bottles are returned than how clean they are on the inside.

The bottles and lids will be sterilised where they can be reused.

Please return the wooden box if you have received a wooden box and any other container that was in the box. eg. if you received grapes in a container, please return that container too.

Thank you!
